Shipping

Shipping costs:

A shipping charge is only made once per delivery within Germany.
We don't have a minimum order value or extra charge for small quantities.
Exceptions are stated in the article description.

Shipping where to:

	8.75 EUR per delivery.
	16.00 EUR per 25 kg.
	35.70 EUR per 20 kg.
	32.10 EUR per 20 kg.
	83.30 EUR per 20 kg.
Shipping cost for Zarges and Alutec outside of DE: Calcuation per item for products over 2 kg.
We add for orders below 46.40 EUR for shipping outside DE a low order fee of 4.60 EUR.

Cash on delivery:

Germany:	For cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 6.65 EUR. The Deutsche Post charges an additional 2.00 EUR for this service.
Europe:	Cash on delivery only for Austria possible. There is an additional charge of 6.65 EUR.

Payment:

Since 1st of July 2003 the same charge is made for a bank transfer in euros within the EU as for an ordinary transaction. You require an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and a BIC (Bank Identification Code), both of which can be supplied by your bank. Our IBAN and BIC can be found in our imprint or on your confirmation of order.

Please note that a charge is made for payments outwith the EU i. e. from Switzerland, which is deducted from the money you transfer. To avoid this, please select the option Fees to account owner. when making your transaction. We reserve the right not to fulfill your order if payment is incomplete.

Delivery time:

Cash on delivery:	Orders placed before 14.00 are dispatched on the same day.
Bank transfer:	Order is dispatched on the same day as receipt of payment.
