For security reasons your shopping basket is not saved on your computer, but a so-called session is created. This session links your data to your visit. The session ends automatically after a period of time without any activity, and the data is deleted.
If you create an account, you can save your shopping basket. After your session is ended, the articles remain in your basket and you can access them again simply by logging in. - Do you have more cases from other manufacturers, apart from your regular products?

Via fax or in our webshop. If you prefer to order via fax, please be so kind and write your order with a typewriter and do not send us handwritten orders. PLEASE NOTE: The prices in our webshop are with the German VAT (19%). Without hesitation the Peli Cases. These cases are prepared for frequents transfers in various situations and for various climates.

- Are all Tanos products compatible with Festool, or are there exceptions?
No, all Tanos Systainers fit Festool and vice versa. Many more Systainers are available from other manufacturers, which can also be combined and connected with Tanos-Systainers. Click here for an overview of Festool-Systainers. - Why are the Tanos latches blue and the Festool latches green?
The green color of the Festool latches is protected by copyright. Tanos makes the Systainers with blue latches. There is no difference in the function; only the color is different. - Do the Systainers come in other colours or only in light grey?
Yes, the Systainers I-IV come in many different colours. - Are there other ways in which I can modify the look of a Systainer?
Logos can be printed on the top or bottom of the Systainer, or on the Systainer's latches or handle. Stickers can also be used. - Can I order by fax?
Yes, our fax number is +49 (0) 228 4226931. In the interest of a fast order-processing, we ask our customers to enter the order in our webshop at the same time. The payment methodInvoice is also available here. - Can I pick up an article in Bonn?

As a business customer you can see the prices without VAT. You can also place articles in your shopping basket, which are then saved and are recalled when you log in again. This is ideal for comparing prices or when placing collective orders for several different people, as you only pay shipping once. - Can I search for articles using the manufacturers' product numbers (for example Tanos or Parat)?
Yes, please type in the manufacter's article no. If the item is available in different colors, please enter the correct article number for the color of your choice. - Peli cases are great, but they're not quite cheap. Why?
Peli cases are manufactured using non-breakable, extremely impact-resistant plastic. They are absolutely hermetically sealed (water- and air-tight) and especially well-suited for particularly sensitive and valuable goods which require extra protection. Put these properties together with the high quality production standards and a 10-year-guarantee, and that explains the price. In other words: buy a Peli case and you are guaranteed no problems with it for at least 10 years. Your case is extremely resistant to wear and tear and the contents are safe and secure. - I would like to see whether my things fit in your cases. Do you have a store?
Yes, we have a store in Bonn. - I have a considerable amount of camera equipment. Which cases would you recommend so that I can check it in on flights?
Our clear recommendation - Peli cases. These cases are baggage-handler- resistant, no matter how roughly they treat your luggage. Peli cases are so strong that they won't even break if you attack them with a hammer. - I would like to carry my camera equipment in a Peli so that it is secure, but I don't want to check it in on flights. Which cases are suitable?
This depends on the regulations of the individual airline. Our experience is that all models up to and including Peli 1520 can be taken on board as hand-luggage. - I'm from abroad, but I live in the European Union. Do I have to pay VAT?
If you are buying for private use: yes. If you are buying for your company: no, as long as you have a VAT-No.
Please fill in your VAT-No. and you will receive your confirmation of order without VAT. - I'm from abroad and I don't live in the EU. Do I have to pay German VAT?
No, regardless of whether you are buying for private use or for your company, you are not required to pay German VAT. However, usually VAT will be charged at customs clearance of the customer's home country.
A subsequent refund of the VAT, e.g. by buying the goods in Germany and have them then exported, will not be carried out from us. - I would like to put several items in a case with foam. How can I work out what size of case I need?
Lay your items out, for example on your living room floor, and leave a space of at least 3.5cm between the items if you intend to cushion them with foam.
Now place 4 water glasses at the outer corners of the items. The water glasses mark the inner corners of the case. Note that you need to add ca. 3.5cm to the water glasses - i.e. the lining of the case.
Now measure the length and width of the case between the water glasses - this will give you the interior measurements of the case you require! - How are the measurements for your cases to be understood?
All our measurements are given in mm in the format:
Length x Width x Height
The case is measured lying down, except top-loading cases, which are measured standing. This means that the length is normally but not always the largest measurement and the height the smallest. - Can you supply me a case with made-to-measure foam inlay?
Yes, just give us the dimensions of your case and a sketch of the contours and we will send you an offer. If you need your inlays quickly you can use also cube foam to fit at your own style. - What would be the best solution for securely packing things into a suitcase? Foam or a padded divider-set?
That depends on how delicate the things in question are and how many you want to put into the case. Basically: the heavier and more delicate the items, the more likely you should take foam. The more items there are, the better is a divider-set. Then a compromise suiting your needs can be found, which can consist of a combination of foam and dividers. - Is it possible to staple 2 or more trays in a Systainer II or bigger without slipping or dropping out of small parts out of the Systainer?
No, the trays are not made for stapling inside the systainer. Because they don't have any bottom plate any small part could slip or drop out. However it is possible to fix the trays to staple them.
