• Dimensions: approx. 500 x 500 x 3 mm.
• ConPearl plate for glueing together with foam piece as bottom plate.
• Weight reduction with ConPearl of more than 60%
• Possible to put in several layers of cubed foam in one case.
• Instruction:
• Cut the needed shape out of the plate e.g. with a box cutter.
• Chamfer the edges if necessary.
• If necessary plan a bottom cushion for the bottom plate.
• Spray glue on both plate and foam piece. Wait about 3-4 minutes.
• Press together - ready
